Shipping Policy
We offer domestic shipping to every state in the United States and international shipping to over 80 countries. As much as we are eager to deliver our clothes to your hands, our system will automatically check for your country’s shipping availability during the checkout process and allocate the optimal warehouse location.
How much is shipping?
As a company, we have decided to offer free shipping for every customer with the order value of $29 USD or more.
We also offer premium express shipping with a rate as low as $11.99 and a shipping time frame of 3-7 business day. Please note that specific rates for premium express shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight. You will see an accurate reflected price upon checkout.

When will my order ship?
In-stock Items: ships within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.
Pre-orders: based the estimated date specified on the product page.

How long will it take my order to deliver?
According to our shipping time frames listed above, regular shipping ("fast shipping" as listed at checkout) will take approximately 7-14 business days after the order has been placed to deliver, including order processing and fulfillment time. Premium express shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days to deliver, including order processing and fulfillment time.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email containing the shipment tracking information as soon as your order ships. You could also visit our website to track your order.
Do I need to pay for tax on my orders?
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Where are we located?
As of currently, our warehouses are located in San Joaquin County, California and overseas.
Are there any limitations to international shipping?
We do not offer price adjustments for international purchases and shipping, as we do not offer price adjustments for domestic orders as well. We do not offer gift box services on orders shipped internationally.
