Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you aren't, kindly return the items for a refund or exchange the items to your liking.

You have up to 30 days from delivery date to return or exchange items by mail. We will not be able to process any return or exchange request past the 30 day mark.

We do not accept blind returns or exchanges. Before mailing your return, please e-mail us at and provide the reason(s) of your return or exchange request.

You will be responsible for the return shipping fees (for returns and exchanges, for domestic and international orders). Multiple items from different orders can be shipped in the same return parcel. We will provide a return label if we made a mistake with the order on our end.

Please note that we do not change any order information regarding sizes, items, addresses once the order has been placed, unless requested by the customer. 


Once we receive your return parcel, we will issue a refund according to the items returned to your original payment method. We will send you a refund confirmation email once the refund process is completed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account. However, if the items have been washed and/or used, we are not able to process the return.

Exchanges (for different sizes or colors):

Can I return my international order?

Are price adjustments offered?
