As customers who have ordered from our store may already know, we ship all orders from Pittsburg, California. The overall delivery time is relatively short for customers with shipping addresses in the Western United States. It gets extended, however, for our customers who have shipping addresses on the east coast of the U.S. because of the long shipping distance. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for a long time for the package to arrive. And we'd like the package to arrive as soon as possible as well!

Due to the volatility of COVID-19, the overall shipping timeframe remains fluctuant. We will, however, do our best to deliver the package as fast as we can.

Based on the designated shipping address, we will choose the optimal and fastest shipping route for you. We have three warehouses around the world. Two of them are located in the US with one in New York and the other one in California.
How long will it take to deliver the order?
Overall delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
Order Processing Time = 1 - 3 business days
Shipping Time = 5 - 7 business days
